SECTION 1 – WHO WE ARE

NoCry OÜ (Laasiku, Pähkla küla Saaremaa vald Saare maakond 93823) is an online Internet retail shop, which specialises in selling various work equipment such as working gloves, kneepads, safety glasses and other work gear. We provide an Internet online shop, from which customers can choose between our range of products and can order them online. We also provide shipping and delivery service for our clients via Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon).

SECTION 2 – WHAT INFORMATION DO WE GATHER?

We receive and store any information that you give us regarding the products you pruchase from our online shop. We collect personal inforrmation you provide us such as your name, (shipping) address and other shipping information, e-mail address, phone number. If you register yourself as a user on our webpage, we further gather information regarding the user registration, such as a username, e-mail address, password. This information is gathered for user registration and/or shopping delivery purposes only. The invoice information will be stored for up to 7 years from the time of issuing the invoice.

SECTION 3 – COOKIES

Cookies are files created by the webpages you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing information and help us identify you. With cookies our site can keep you signed in, remeber your site preferences and give you locally relevant content.

We use cookies to identify and rember you and your preferences. Cookies are used to make your shopping experience more comfortable and easier. We also use cookies for ReTargeting via Google and Facebook. We ask for a relevant consent from you to agree that our website uses cookies. Our website does not ask permission for the use of specific cookies which are fundamental for the content of our website to be projected to your computer. Here is a list of cookies that we use. _wordpress_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

_wordpress_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

We also use some first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our website.

SECTION 4 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address email address, shipping information, telephone number.. We gather and entail this information strictly for shopping and delivery purposes only. All the information we gather is secure and is protected by a relevant firewall.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

A: We ask you to provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase. If you agree to our privacy terms, then you have given your consent for us to collecting and using this information strictly for shopping and shipping purposes only

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no on our website.

SECTION 6  – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information only if we are required by law to do so.

SECTION 7 – WordPress

Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through WordPress’s data storage, databases and the general WordPress application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit/debit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 8  – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their respective privacy statements.

SECTION 9  – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow al all the relevant laws and industry best practices to make sure it is not, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of maturity in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of  maturity in your state or province of residence and that you are fully and legally entitled to purchase items from our shop.

SECTION 11  – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, including when required to do so by law, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you. We shall notify you of any changes in the ownership and/or the privacy terms of the new owner immediately.

SECTION 13 – GOOGLE ANALYTICS & DISPLAY ADVERTISING

Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps us understand how people use our website.

We use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our website.

This website uses Display Advertising and Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. It means that third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the Internet.

SECTION 14 – HOTJAR

Hotjar is a service that analyzes the online behaviour and voice of website users. They do this by combining both analysis tools and feedback tools. Hotjar gives the owners and operators of a Hotjar Enabled Site the ‘big picture’ of how to improve the end user’s experience and performance of the Hotjar Enabled Site.

The Analysis tools allows us to measure and observe Your behaviour (what You do) while the Feedback tools allow us to hear what You have to say (Voice of User / Customer).
