Unfortunately, we have not yet set up the logistics for that. However, it is still possible to order some of our products from Canada’s Amazon: or from the US:

The visor comes with a protective film that is placed on both sides and it is there to ensure that the visor does not get damaged during shipping. If it is hard to peel it off, please try applying a small piece of tape on the edge of the visor and gently pull it until the film comes off. If it does not work, reach out to us at

As the inside lenses are coated with an anti-fog layer, the glasses have to be adjusted accordingly to your face in order to avoid condensation. We suggest adjusting the temple angle so that there is sufficient airflow. If it does not work, you might have received a defective pair and in that case, please reach out to us at

A little adjustment that may help to give the knee pads a better fit and keep them secured is to crisscross the straps when putting on the knee pads so that the straps form an "X" shape on the back of your knees. Although each of the knee pads can be worn on either knee, for the most comfortable and steady fit it is recommended to wear the knee pads with the attachment rivets positioned on the outer side of your legs, which will help reduce the chance of any possible abrasion.

If this does not help, please reach out to us at, so we could assist you further.

The moisture measurement range for building materials in Mode 4 is 0.1-2.4%, ranging from dry to damp. OH indicates that the reading exceeds the maximum measuring range, therefore, the material you measure is damp.

We would suggest you measure another piece of material to verify that the meter works as intended.

If this is not the case, please reach out to us at

In order to extend the arms of your glasses just pull the colored part of the temple or push it back in to give you the best fit. Do not be afraid to break it - they are designed to work like that! Should you need more help, reach out to us at

The best way to disinfect and sterilize the glasses after use is to clean them using a sanitizing station designated for cleaning and sterilizing PPE.

If such a station is not available at your work-space, you may use a non-abrasive disinfectant liquid which is safe for plastic and polycarbonate. After soaking the glasses in the disinfectant and gently removing any smudges on the lenses using a dry linen-free microfiber cloth, allow the glasses to air dry. Once dry, you can remove any remaining disinfectant using the cloth.

There is a fog-resistant layer on the inside of the lens and a scratch-resistant layer on the outside. If you use anything else than a dry or water-moistened soft cloth to clean them you’ll risk wearing out the protective layers pretty quickly. In some cases, people have cleaned them using wet wipes and that has caused the glasses to start fogging and getting scratched.

However, a much easier solution is to simply use soap and water.
